The Bar & Conservatory at Linthwaite House offers a culinary experience blending sophistication with charm. Head Chef Gerald van der Walt's inspired menus, crafted specifically for The Bar & Conservatory, ensure flavourful and seasonal offerings. Guests can enjoy the welcoming atmosphere, with options to dine indoors or on the expansive terrace overlooking Lake Windermere and the Coniston Fells. The all-day dining menu includes a selection of nibbles, bar food, and cocktails, catering to diverse tastes. It's the perfect setting to unwind and indulge in culinary delights amidst stunning natural beauty.

The All-Day Dining Menu is served on Monday and Tuesday.

The Bar Snack Menu and Drinks are served, Monday to Sunday.

HENROCK

A restaurant by award-winning restaurateur and chef Simon Rogan, Henrock opened its doors within Linthwaite House in October 2019, showcasing natural, perfectly seasonal ingredients in a relaxed, informal setting.

Executive Chef Paul Burgalières and Head Chef Mark McCabe have created a frequently changing set menu which utilises produce from Our Farm, Simon's regenerative farm in the Cartmel Valley. The menu also nods to techniques and produce discovered during Simon's time cooking in and exploring the locations of his international restaurants in Hong Kong, Malta and Phuket.

As an extension of Simon's farm-to-fork ethos, Mark is working with the team at Our Farm to grow a selection of tropical plants and exotic varieties not usually found in the UK.

Henrock is open from Wednesday to Sunday for dinner and lunch on Sundays.
